Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive supports the company's procurement activities by sourcing IT hardware, equipment and related services in a timely, cost‑effective manner. This role manages purchasing processes, coordinates with suppliers, maintains records and ensures compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for IT hardware, equipment and related products/services.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, specifications, quality and delivery terms.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for IT hardware, equipment and related products/services.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT hardware, equipment and services.
• Maintain procurement records and purchase documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve supplier‑related issues such as delays, quality concerns, shortages or product discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, Sales and Operations on procurement requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, services and systems is preferred.
• Candidates with limited procurement experience but relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
