Product Director – Sales & Client Portals (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Product Director to lead the development and growth of our Sales and Client Portals across the APAC region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape product strategy, drive cross‑functional delivery and leverage data‑driven insights and AI opportunities to enhance both client and internal user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmaps for the Sales Portal and Client Portal, aligning initiatives with business goals and evolving user needs.
• Map data flows and integrations across portals, CRM, middleware and data platforms, identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Translate growth targets and user research into clear product specifications, PRDs and delivery plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle with Design, Engineering, QA and Data teams, managing backlog, sprint planning and releases.
• Define and monitor core product metrics, conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value.
• Identify AI and machine‑learning use cases such as intelligent notifications, risk‑support tools and personalised market information, and work with technology teams to prototype feasible solutions.
• Act as the primary product liaison across Business, Compliance, Technology and Marketing, ensuring regulatory requirements (ASIC, MAS, FSA) are incorporated.
• Communicate product vision and status fluently in English and Chinese to stakeholders throughout APAC.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within financial services, trading or related technology domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data and user insights into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments affecting trading platforms (e.g., ASIC, MAS, FSA).
