Production Operator – Cleanroom (Shift 4‑3)

About the role

Skyworks is seeking a Production Operator to join its high‑performance analog semiconductor manufacturing team. You will work in a cleanroom environment, supporting daily production flow and ensuring equipment is loaded and unloaded efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize daily production demands for each piece of equipment.
• Load and unload parts into manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping and workstation practices to maximize manning ratio.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a rotating 12‑hour 4‑3 shift schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a cleanroom setting.
• Compliance with cleanroom attire requirements (jumpsuit, smock, PPE).
