Production Operator – Electronics Assembly

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Production Operator to join its Singapore manufacturing site. You will work on electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies, contributing to the production of high‑tech equipment for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly operations on sub‑assemblies and final units.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable‑harnessing procedures according to blueprints.
• Set up equipment, make adjustments and maintain tolerances as defined in process sheets.
• Inspect completed work against predetermined quality standards.
• Execute production tasks based on written or verbal instructions from the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Willingness to work on a rotating 12‑hour day‑shift schedule (4 days work, 3 days rest).
• Ability to travel to the West site; transport pick‑up available near Jurong East/Lakeside MRT stations.
• Preferably 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment, but candidates without experience may also apply.
