Project Manager – Camp Operations (Military Camps)

About the role

The Project Manager – Camp Operations will lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects across military camps in Singapore. Reporting to the PMO, you will ensure projects meet timeline, budget and quality expectations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets in line with PMO guidelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, delegate tasks and allocate resources to achieve project milestones.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide status updates and manage escalations.
• Ensure project deliverables match the sold solution, stay within baseline budget and meet quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and adhere to compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Own vehicle for accessing remote camp sites.
