About the role
We are a growing team focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to expand our network of financial advisers by attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified insurance agents.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract both licensed and unlicensed insurance agent candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with agency leadership and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with prospective candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- Former insurance agents are welcome to apply.
- Experience in recruitment with proven results.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
