About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team dedicated to protecting individuals, families, and businesses. In this role you will help expand our network of financial advisers by attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified insurance agents.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract both licensed and unlicensed insurance agent candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with agency leadership.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and follow up with prospects.
Required profile
- Former insurance agents are welcome to apply.
- Experience in recruitment with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
