About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant – CEI to join our team across Singapore. The role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with clients and candidates while delivering full‑cycle recruitment services.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
- Understand job descriptions and shortlist or attract quality candidates.
- Engage in active sourcing and headhunting to proactively find suitable talent.
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage client‑candidate interview processes.
- Achieve sales targets and provide training on full‑cycle recruitment.
