Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level Welcome)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and manpower staffing specialist looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting your career, you will play a key part in connecting talent with our clients and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen, interview, and handle offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to understand manpower needs and devise effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Track daily deployment of staff to client sites and activate contingency plans when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics through data entry.
• Work closely with management to enhance employee development, retention, and satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, anticipate their needs, and pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
