About the role

Talents@Work is a fast‑growing recruitment agency seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic team. You will work closely with the Account Manager to understand client hiring needs and deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients’ hiring needs, culture and requirements to design effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, shortlist and present suitable candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job briefing and interviews to negotiations and successful placement.
• Resolve candidate issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Results‑driven, passionate about people and talent matching.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
