About the role
PeopleLAKE is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its remote team. You will work from home, driving full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of clients while building lasting relationships with candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates for client vacancies.
- Manage client expectations, understand hiring needs, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in a 360‑degree recruitment role.
- Proven track record in business development and candidate sourcing.
- Certified Recruiter with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about matching talent with opportunities.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work‑permit sponsorship).
