Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop hiring strategies, manage recruitment teams and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates
• Build and manage talent pipelines through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Manage and mentor recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and hiring success rate
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance company attractiveness
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and hiring practices

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of recruitment experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring or specialized recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Familiarity with the Singapore labour market and hiring regulations
