Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Reddog, an international Korean F&B brand expanding into Singapore, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support the launch of its new branch. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding talent across a range of positions, from outlet crew members to senior roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process as the business scales rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, high‑volume searches to attract key talent for outlet crews and senior positions.
• Own interview scheduling, coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimise existing recruiting processes for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment, preferably within a recruitment agency or F&B brand.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates at all organizational levels.
