Regional Business Controller – SEA & Oceania

About the role

The Regional Business Controller will own commercial finance and FP&A activities across Southeast Asia and Oceania, supporting joint‑venture markets and the Australian subsidiary. Reporting to the Regional Brand General Manager, the role partners with business units to drive financial performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead monthly business reviews, including KPI monitoring, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with regional and country BU teams on ROI analysis, inventory, incentive reviews, and control of A&P and trade spend.
• Consolidate monthly financial results, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis against targets.
• Support budgeting, budget revisions, and the three‑year plan, coordinating inputs from all internal stakeholders.
• Participate in finance/IT projects to improve controlling processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of business controlling or audit experience, preferably in luxury, FMCG, beauty or retail.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience in multicultural teams.
• Proactive, meticulous, and detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
