Regional Energy Manager / Senior Engineer – HVAC & Cooling Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Energy Manager and Senior Engineer to lead technical discussions and drive energy‑efficiency initiatives for commercial and industrial cooling systems across the region. The role combines client advisory, project management, and business development within a dynamic energy solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead technical discussions with clients on current cooling system configurations and energy‑efficiency goals.
• Act as a technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders on energy‑efficiency matters.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of client cooling systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop high‑level, cost‑effective design proposals and improvement strategies for business development.
• Maintain relationships with external engineering partners and OEM equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance team capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency for commercial/industrial cooling systems.
• Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
