Regional Information Security Manager APAC

About the role

Asendia is looking for a Regional Information Security Manager for the APAC region to lead the implementation of the Group Information Security strategy across its local entities. Reporting to the Regional Risk and Compliance Officer and functionally to the Group CISO, you will act as the regional guardian of security policies, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the rollout of security tools and processes across APAC sites.
• Coordinate security awareness initiatives and high‑level alert analysis, triage and incident mitigation.
• Engage with local subsidiaries and the regional office to identify security issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Provide guidance on the application of Group security policies and ensure compliance.
• Produce regional security dashboards and report findings to the CISO.
• Participate in monthly Group CISO meetings and other security committees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security management within a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills across diverse business units.
• Ability to translate global security policies into practical regional actions.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
