Registered Nurse / Senior RN – Clinical Care

About the role

The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse or Senior Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care in a residential setting. The role involves supervising care staff, managing clinical interventions, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection‑control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide care staff to ensure patient care follows established protocols and standards.
• Provide comprehensive client care, including emergency response, medication administration, and adherence to nursing, infection‑prevention, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule follow‑ups, and document required paperwork.
• Develop and implement Individual Care Plans (ICPs) tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct training for care staff and deliver health education to clients.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living such as hygiene, feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
• Assess and manage pain using evidence‑based interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapists to execute planned therapies and support rehabilitation goals.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification.
• Experience in hospitals, transitional care facilities, nursing homes, or day‑care centres.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
