About the role
The Resident Technical Officer will oversee and manage construction activities for drainage systems, pavement works, taxiways and runways. The role ensures compliance with Singapore standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction activities related to drainage, pavement, taxiway and runway projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and report project progress, including budget and schedule updates.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Resident Technical Officer in C&S construction projects.
- Experience with piling works is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
