About the role
CGH’s Rheumatology Service is looking for a qualified Rheumatology Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role combines patient care, teaching, and research in a dynamic hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative services within the rheumatology department.
- Teach and supervise junior doctors and trainees.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to scholarly activities.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Head of Division.
Required profile
- Basic medical degree and a postgraduate qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Specialty training in rheumatology recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board, Singapore.
- Documented evidence of specialist training and registration from the country of origin and relevant licensing body.
- Preferably prior experience as a licensed rheumatology specialist in the country of origin.
- Compliance with all criteria set by the Singapore Medical Council for Conditional Medical Registration.
- English language proficiency if the primary medical qualification was not taught in English.
