About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our established maid agency in Singapore. The role involves promoting our domestic helper services and providing professional support to both employers and helpers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into client engagements.
- Handle enquiries from employers and domestic helpers, addressing issues with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and service quality standards.
- Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Possession of a CEI (Basic) certificate.
- Previous experience in the maid or domestic helper industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player attitude.
- Ability to manage employer‑helper issues calmly and professionally.
