Sales Consultant – Property, Insurance & Loan Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to drive growth in SME financing, property, and insurance solutions across Singapore. The role involves identifying new clients, advising on secured lending products, and managing the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs.
• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structures.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver a positive client experience.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in SME loan, property, or insurance sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable working towards targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source leads and build an independent client network.
