Sales Coordinator – FMCG/Food Manufacturing (Transport Provided)

About the role

Our client in the food manufacturing sector is looking for a Sales Support Admin / Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Singapore. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales function, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales reports and related documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information and sales data.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities and pricing updates.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns and operational issues.
• Follow up on customer claims, rebates and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales administration or customer service.
• Ability to commence work on short notice is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantage).

• Basic salary plus allowances ranging from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,700 per month.
