Sales Coordinator – Regional Aftersales (Up to SGD 4.5k)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will monitor and drive regional after‑sales performance across dealer networks, supporting the execution of after‑sales strategies and customer satisfaction programmes. This role involves close collaboration with overseas dealers and the Global Service Centre, requiring frequent travel.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive achievement of regional after‑sales KPIs across dealer networks.
• Coordinate after‑sales campaigns, presentations, promotional activities and dealer improvement programmes.
• Administer service agreements, ensure compliance and support warranty claims, spare‑parts and performance metrics.
• Gather dealer feedback, analyse market trends and recommend process enhancements.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports, presentations and action plans.
• Support digitalisation, automation, CRM implementation and other after‑sales system initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management, after‑sales support or a related function.
• Experience or knowledge of the power generation industry or a heavy industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Knowledge of VB programming.
• Familiarity with CRM implementation.
