Sales Development Representative – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

Brandwatch’s Sales Development team drives new business opportunities across APAC. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will research, engage and qualify prospects, creating a pipeline of qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, staying current on industry news and the social‑media landscape.
• Generate and nurture leads using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong and other platforms, aiming for 100 outbound activities per day.
• Schedule platform walk‑throughs and hand‑off qualified prospects to Account Executives.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue.

Required profile

• Background in sales, business development or recruitment, preferably with SaaS experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Coachable, self‑aware and able to take responsibility for results.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to thrive in a quota‑driven environment.
