Sales Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Financial Consultants, driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for consultants, supporting them to achieve and exceed their sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies defined by management to meet team targets.
• Maintain a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants, monitoring performance and fostering development.
• Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process.
• Implement department objectives, policies, and procedures, coordinating the full sales cycle.
• Recruit and attract new Financial Consultants to expand the agency’s salesforce.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in insurance or financial services.
• Proven record of superior performance and strong leadership abilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive, result‑oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Relevant certifications such as CMFAS (Modules 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI, DGI, DLI, ACII/FLMI or equivalents.
