Sales Manager – Singapore & South Malaysia

About the role

As a Sales Manager covering Singapore and South Malaysia, you will lead the field sales team through a transformation from transactional to consultative selling. You will embed a standardized call process, coach the team on‑site, and drive performance against regional sales effectiveness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑travel with field reps (50‑70% of time) to embed the Salesforce Effectiveness framework and standardized call process.
• Lead the Malaysia‑Singapore Cluster Leadership Team, contributing to strategy, business development, and account planning.
• Own strategic business accounts, develop high‑performance sales culture, and monitor budgeted results.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts, Marketing, Professional Services, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations to optimise pricing, incentives and sales programs for the optical market.
• Drive cross‑functional projects, provide field insights, and benchmark competition.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, manage ASP growth, and ensure compliance with discount and contract policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field sales teams in a B2B environment.
• Strong change‑management skills with a track record of moving teams to consultative selling.
• Ability to set clear expectations, monitor performance and drive results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across functions.
