Sales Supervisor – Lead Team & Drive Revenue

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead daily sales operations across multiple product categories, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and handling complex sales negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales activities and monitor performance against individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
• Assign sales territories or client accounts to team members and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesale buyers, and support complex negotiations.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and support the team in difficult cases.
• Identify new sales opportunities and foster long‑term customer partnerships.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and be available for extra hours or weekends as needed.

• Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving capability to address escalated issues.
