Sales Support Admin / Sales Coordinator – FMCG Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Admin / Sales Coordinator to join a fast‑moving food manufacturing company. The role involves providing end‑to‑end administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales reports and other sales‑related documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information and sales data.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, pricing updates and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns and operational issues.
• Follow up on customer claims, rebates and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service or a similar support role.
• Ability to start work on short notice is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
