Scaled Acquisition & Community Management (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Bilibili is building its creator ecosystem across Southeast Asia from the ground up. This role owns the full creator supply funnel – acquisition, onboarding, activation and community retention – and turns it into a data‑driven, repeatable engine that scales beyond one‑to‑one relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the creator funnel for the region, running multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, DM, social, referral) that convert volume into a qualified pipeline.
• Build and maintain a segmented creator database/CRM, set funnel targets and report conversion metrics at each stage.
• Design and run onboarding cohorts and activation programs that get new creators to their first upload, interaction and payout quickly.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, templates and self‑serve resources to scale onboarding without 1:1 hand‑holding.
• Lead community engagement initiatives – challenges, meet‑ups and programs – to drive publishing cadence and foster belonging.
• Monitor community health, enforce Bilibili’s norms, identify at‑risk creators and execute structured re‑activation campaigns.
• Track acquisition, activation, engagement and retention metrics, produce regular reports and run experiments to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English; near‑native proficiency in the market language (Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino/Tagalog) required for daily creator communication.
• 3–5 years of experience in creator or community operations, growth/acquisition, business development or partnerships with a proven record of high‑volume outbound and measurable conversion.
