About the role
We are looking for an ATE Test Technician with hands‑on semiconductor testing experience to support engineering, qualification, reliability, and test activities for packaged semiconductor devices.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and support Advantest V93K/V93000 ATE for engineering activities.
- Perform validation and verification of test rejects during qualification.
- Support reliability readouts, engineering experiments, and data collection.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of loadboards, test hardware, and components.
- Generate GR&R reports and parametric test distribution summaries.
- Analyze test results and support engineering investigations.
Required profile
- Diploma degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor testing of packaged devices.
- Good English communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Advantest V93K/V93000.
Required skills
- Advantest V93K/V93000 ATE.
- ATE testers and handlers.
- Delta Matrix handlers (preferred).
- Qualification, reliability/HTOL testing.
- GR&R and statistical test analysis.
- Loadboard/hardware debugging.
