Senior Accountant – Singapore

About the role

Singapore serves as the international corporate and financial anchor of our business. We are seeking an agile, proactive Senior Accountant to own the full set of accounts across three Singapore entities, ensure statutory compliance, and lead the implementation of a new enterprise financial software.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation) for three entities, complying with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Drive timely monthly, quarterly and year‑end closes, produce management accounts, balance‑sheet reviews and variance analyses.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings, corporate income‑tax calculations, annual returns and statutory reports to ACRA and IRAS.
• Manage annual statutory audits with external auditors.
• Champion ERP rollout: design chart of accounts, migrate historical data, conduct UAT and create SOPs.
• Identify bottlenecks and integrate digital/AI‑enabled accounting tools to improve cross‑entity reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA).
• 3‑5 years full‑set accounting experience in Singapore, preferably in multi‑entity, fast‑growing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with finance system/ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Xero).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations (GST, CIT) and SFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills and high tech‑savviness.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
