Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into functional designs, support UAT, and ensure successful delivery of cloud finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business consultation sessions, capture client requirements and produce detailed specification documents for Oracle system design and configuration.
• Manage UAT activities, investigate issues, coordinate with users and developers, and provide techno‑functional guidance throughout the testing phase.
• Guide a small project team, monitor performance, and mentor junior members to achieve project milestones.
• Set up, document, and test Oracle Cloud Financials modules, applying Deloitte and Oracle methodologies.
• Stay current on Oracle product updates and industry trends to recommend optimal solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Supply Chain Management or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle Financials (Cloud and EBS), including at least 2 full life‑cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end implementations, conduct global design workshops, and deliver functional design documentation.
