Senior Customer Service – Food Industry & Order Fulfilment (North)

About the role

This position is for a Senior Customer Service professional to lead a small Customer Experience team within a global ingredients company. The role supports customers across the Asia‑Pacific region while ensuring efficient order fulfilment and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small Customer Experience team.
• Manage customer enquiries and service requests across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient order fulfilment.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular reports.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Order Management or Customer Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
