Senior Data Scientist

About the role

As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll be part of a team that is working on cutting‑edge machine learning models. You will work side by side with analysts and machine learning engineers and take full ownership from idea generation to product implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of turning discoveries and ideas into machine learning models within a multi‑disciplined team.
• Prototype diverse models, including credit scoring and recommendation engines.
• Research and develop improvements to models using a vast and unique data set.
• Contribute actively to advancing data science capabilities at Kredivo.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s, PhD, or equivalent in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or AI.
• Ability to build robust end‑to‑end predictive models using modern machine‑learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and No‑SQL platforms (S3).
• Excellent English communication skills.
