Senior Employer Brand & Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience are strategic drivers of Braze’s success. In this hybrid position you will act as the regional champion for culture while leading recruitment marketing initiatives that position Braze as an employer of choice across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global culture programs, mission, vision and values to the APAC context and lead hybrid workforce initiatives that foster connection and engagement.
• Own the regional execution of core people initiatives such as the new‑hire buddy program, Employee Resource Groups, onboarding swag and internal events.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in‑person recruitment marketing campaigns, sponsorships and digital content to build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Develop multi‑channel employer‑brand content (ads, blog posts, videos, job descriptions) and manage the brand’s presence on talent communities like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience, Communications and Global Employee Experience teams to ensure consistent, high‑standard experiences across offices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, recruitment marketing or related fields, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with agencies, designers and global teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong project and event management skills with a track record of handling competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication abilities.
• Self‑starter mindset, sound judgment and adaptability to changing needs.
• Willingness to travel globally and collaborate with peers across regions.
