Senior Executive, Performance Marketing (Paid Media & User Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive in Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition, usage, and growth for our credit card portfolio. You will own the paid media strategy, drive user acquisition, and optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media and user acquisition/retention strategies for credit card products.
• Manage campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic platforms and other performance channels.
• Oversee media budgets, continuously optimise CAC/CPA, conversion rates, ROAS and customer retention.
• Design audience targeting, creative testing, bidding and channel‑optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data and Creative teams to improve the full acquisition funnel.
• Build dashboards and conduct campaign analysis to uncover growth opportunities and boost marketing ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising trends, competitor activity and emerging acquisition channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, media buying and digital user acquisition.
• Prior experience in a digital agency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with a track record of optimising campaigns based on measurable business results.
• Experience in credit cards, consumer finance, fintech, payments or other B2C financial products is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
