Senior Executive, Performance Marketing (Paid Media & User Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive in Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition, usage and growth for our credit card business. The role will own paid media and user growth strategies across key digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute paid media and user acquisition and retention strategies for credit card products.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and other performance channels.
• Optimize media budgets to improve CAC/CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and customer retention.
• Develop audience targeting, creative testing, bidding and channel optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data and Creative teams to enhance the acquisition funnel.
• Build dashboards and conduct campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, competitor activities and new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, media buying and digital user acquisition.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on measurable business results.
• Experience in credit cards, consumer finance, fintech or other B2C financial products is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with strong ownership.
