Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain CMO Site Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain CMO Site Management will lead BeOne’s global network of contract manufacturing organizations, with a focus on the APAC region, to ensure continuous, cost‑effective, and high‑quality supply of clinical drug products. This role partners with supply‑chain, quality, and operations teams to drive efficient manufacturing and packaging processes that support the delivery of oncology therapies to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end flow of drug product from release at the filling site through final packaged goods at labeling/packaging sites.
• Schedule and monitor label/pack execution activities, ensuring availability of materials and components.
• Interact with senior internal and external leadership on critical issues and business meetings.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to evaluate and select CMOs for specific projects.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with CMOs/partners, driving continuous improvement and performance metrics.
• Conduct CMO site visits and manage operational pack activities to meet cost, quality, delivery, and technology objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in contract manufacturing site management within the clinical supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of drug product release, labeling, and final packaging processes.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and managing global CMO networks, especially in APAC.
