Senior Manager, Digital Marketing – Social Media

About the role

Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Digital Marketing – Social Media function. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will shape and execute social and creator‑led strategies that boost brand presence, drive audience engagement and support business goals across all attractions and events.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term social media and creator strategy, aligning it with overall brand and business objectives.
• Direct the social content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring high‑impact, platform‑native creative.
• Build and manage a robust creator ecosystem, from identification and contracting to performance measurement and long‑term partnership development.
• Lead integrated social campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, providing data‑driven insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor emerging digital trends and champion innovative storytelling, fan engagement and community management initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on experience in content creation, campaign and project management.
• Deep familiarity with the social media landscape, creator ecosystem and emerging digital trends.
• Ability to analyse performance data, segment audiences and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven capability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
