Senior Network Engineer – Enterprise & Cloud (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, operation, and automation of mission‑critical enterprise and trading networks for a leading financial services organisation in Singapore. The role covers data‑centre, campus, WAN, and multi‑cloud environments across the APAC region, ensuring high availability, low latency, and strong security.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day reliability and performance of enterprise network services across campus, data centre, WAN, and cloud environments.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex network issues, acting as an escalation point.
• Plan and implement network changes and upgrades with proper risk assessment, testing, documentation, and communication.
• Oversee network monitoring, capacity planning, inventory, standards, and lifecycle management to meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across network operations, collaborating with engineering and security teams.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of hands‑on network engineering/operations experience, including recent senior or lead roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
• Familiarity with operational frameworks like ITIL and NIST.

• Network protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec, DNS, DHCP, QoS
• Network monitoring, configuration, and patch‑management tools
• Automation using Python and Ansible
