Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Role

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary health‑care team. In this role you will deliver pharmaceutical care, support patient wellness, and intervene in acute or chronic conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, monitor and optimise patient drug therapy.
• Identify, resolve and prevent drug‑related problems.
• Provide accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver drug information and education to patients, staff and other health‑care practitioners.
• Collaborate with patients, families and health‑care providers to ensure continuity of care and achieve desired outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree or Master graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (pre‑reg candidates welcome).
• Valid membership with a local professional pharmacy body is preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience and demonstrated competency are an advantage.

• Normal office hours (8:30 am – 6:00 pm) with a half‑day Saturday once every four weeks.
