Senior Recruiter (18-month contract)

About the role

Salt is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an 18‑month contract in Singapore. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, driving full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for entry‑level to senior positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify top candidates aligned with current and future needs.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates and maintain diverse pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to provide guidance on interview best practices, assessment criteria, and decision‑making.
• Maintain data integrity and share data‑centric updates to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely and clear communication throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, particularly for mid‑ and senior‑level hires.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Capability to interpret business challenges and recommend best‑practice solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
