Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in HR, you will join a high‑performing team at Morgan McKinley, working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients on a warm desk. You will act as a trusted career partner, helping candidates and clients achieve their talent and hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Promote Morgan McKinley’s services and opportunities to both candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines by generating leads and building specialist talent pools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share information and support cross‑selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets through SMART goal setting and execution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of agency recruitment experience, focused on HR roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales‑driven targets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive under pressure.
