Senior Recruitment Consultant – Quantitative Finance & Trading

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to expand our Quantitative Finance & Trading practice across APAC. You will join Anson McCade’s Singapore team and work on live mandates from day one, supporting elite hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers and investment banks.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates across quantitative research, strategy, development, trading and AI/ML roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end 360 recruitment cycles, from candidate origination to offer negotiation.
• Develop and deepen relationships with existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the London Quantitative Finance & Trading team on international mandates.
• Maintain a pipeline of talent for systematic, semi‑systematic and discretionary trading businesses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within finance or technology sectors.
• Strong network and understanding of quantitative finance, trading and AI/ML markets.
• Ability to work independently and drive business development across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
