Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager drives revenue for Pullman Singapore Orchard by managing group room bookings, meetings, social events, and corporate functions. You will own the full sales cycle from inquiry to conversion while ensuring flawless coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential events that combine guestrooms and function spaces.
• Respond to all enquiries for group accommodation, meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare proposals, contracts, rooming lists and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Lead weekly BEO meetings with relevant departments to guarantee smooth event execution.
• Optimize function space bookings and manage room blocks.
• Prepare monthly event forecasts and R&B sales reports.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and follow up on payments with Finance.
• Promote Accor Loyalty program and dining offers to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or group sales, handling corporate and social events.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Excellent coordination skills with Sales, Reservations, F&B and Finance teams.
• Experience driving loyalty programs and promotional activities.
