Senior Solutions Consultant – Anti-Financial Crime Tech

About the role

Join a high‑growth team as a Senior Solutions Consultant, helping define the future of anti‑financial crime technology. You will act as a strategic partner to the Commercial team, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and understand customers' strategic business problems, operational risks, and financial drivers.
• Design and deliver outcome‑based presentations, demos, API sessions, and architecture white‑boarding that connect our solution to top‑level business objectives and measurable ROI.
• Serve as the technical and strategic SME, scoping and delivering Proof‑of‑Value exercises aligned to quantifiable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product and Implementation teams to develop innovative solutions and Proofs of Concept.
• Build internal processes to scale the Solutions Consulting team, provide market feedback for the product roadmap, and mentor junior Commercial members.
• Conduct thorough handovers to Customer Success, documenting the value hypothesis for rapid value delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, leading technical sales cycles for enterprise financial‑services customers.
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integration, data security, SaaS, and cloud hosting; a technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with value‑selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or CEB.
• Exceptional executive presence and storytelling ability for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, business‑acumen, and problem‑solving capabilities with a growth mindset.
• Bonus: background in finance, AML, fraud, or financial‑crime domains.
