Senior VS Interface Manager (HTC)

About the role

The Senior VS Interface Manager (HTC) will act as the primary technology liaison for Singapore business stakeholders, translating Sirena demand into clear, actionable requirements. You will lead workshops, manage risks and ensure delivery alignment across on‑shore and off‑shore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface for Singapore Business/Function stakeholders, clarifying demand and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements, and communicate complex topics to senior decision‑makers.
• Produce sign‑off‑ready requirement documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulated change expectations (MAS knowledge preferred).
• Drive RAID, dependency management and change control, escalating blockers early to protect delivery outcomes.
• Establish effective on‑shore/off‑shore operating rhythms and create reusable templates/playbooks.
• Lead through influence, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment across cultures and time zones.

Required profile

• Strong influencing and workshop‑facilitation skills.
• Experience working with globally dispersed, matrixed teams.
• Comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones with a disciplined, respectful style.
• Background in requirements engineering / business analysis within banking technology delivery.
• Familiarity with regulated change environments and MAS requirements.
