Senior/Resident Physician – Migrant Worker Medical Centre

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior/Resident Physician to join our Migrant Worker Medical Centre in Singapore. The role involves delivering high‑quality primary care to a diverse patient population and supporting the centre’s clinical and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and perform minor surgical procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage acute cases within the clinic.
• Certify fitness for work for work pass applications and renewals.
• Trace, review and act on laboratory and X‑ray results, including critical findings.
• Develop and refine clinical workflows to improve service efficiency.
• Manage doctor rostering and coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Health and partner institutions.
• Optionally mentor medical students, interns and clinic assistants.
• Optionally participate in research projects focused on migrant worker health.

Required profile

• Medical Degree recognised by the Singapore Medical Council and full registration with the Council.
• 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Minor surgical procedures in a primary‑care environment.
• Clinical workflow design and optimisation.
• Interpretation of laboratory and radiology reports.
