Senior/Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Team Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse to deliver direct patient care to an assigned group while leading a team of junior nurses. The role offers exposure to a variety of clinical environments, including high‑dependency and intensive‑care units, radiology, endoscopy, cardiac catheterisation, and correctional health settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients under your responsibility.
• Supervise, guide and direct junior nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Rotate across multiple wards and procedural areas such as ICU, HDU, radiology, endoscopy and cardiac cath lab.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Nursing.
• Advanced diploma or post‑basic certificate in any nursing discipline for the Senior Staff Nurse position.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Willingness to work three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
