About the role
Join the Summer Pavilion Restaurant team as a Server, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at our Marina Bay location. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Marriott International.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality and presentation guidelines.
- Handle menu items, verify orders visually, and manage payment transactions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
